Join us for one of our hands-on cooking classes (be your own MAKER) and stay a little longer and relax in one of our luxurious villas and explore the 1000 Island Brockville area .Our award winning cooking school offers authentic culinary experiences for those who love to cook or want to get inspired! The classes are conducted in a large chef's kitchen in the main Maison, both scheduled and private classes available. Our spacious 2-storey lux holiday villas, recently built inside the walls of the original stone carriage house, offer original beams with a modern French touch.
